The Material Is A 3-Layer Technology With The Same Soft, Stretch Fabric Both Inside And Out, With A Tech Membrane Joined Between The Layers. The Membrane Keeps The Rain Out While Allowing Your Body Heat To Be Wicked Away To The Surface Where It Evaporates. All Seams Are Sealed With Soft, Flexible Tape.
